I swear, between the suit and the long, curled hair, I always think Hutch looks like a lawyer in that shot. A very expensive, soulless, corporate lawyer.

Oh never soulless!!! For me he looks like a very smart young doctor. I can't imagine he's a lawyer with this white frock under the suit. But the icon is really funny!!!

The icon is small; you can't tell it's not just a high-collared white shirt. (Or at least, I can't.) But, if you prefer that shot to be doctor!Hutch, I recommend you check out [livejournal.com profile] smudley's user pics: I think she has one from this scene that goes with her "Affirmation" (aka doctor!Hutch) universe. :-)

I don't know. It's just something about the way he looks. Too rich and powerful for my taste, like he's all perfectly put together. I can almost hear the disdain in his voice. *shrugs* You know I have an overactive imagination. Where the hell do you think all my fic comes from?! (Though, to be fair, IIRC, KAM actually has a similar icon--though I swear I never saw hers before I made mine--with that same shot as "Dr. Hutchinson" and SHE actually has a whole written universe to go with it! *g*)

LOL... - And I thought I had to much imagination! Wow, I see a puppet when I watch the pictures for a longer time. Hey mashfanficchick - is it contagious? Poor David (or Hutch)!!! No, serious - I think he looks self-confident and proud. :))

You know, Nancy, doctor was not what popped into my mind when I saw him in that icon. Somehow with that high collar, I thought of a minister or priest even though it isnt black.

And even though I am not Catholic and we dont have confessionals, if he was a real life priest, I would be willing to make something up if I had to just to get him alone for a while.

Believe me, it wouldnt be that difficult. Just the thoughts I have of him alone would be enough to get me in that confessional box and keep me there for quite some time! ;)

I am so glad he isn`t a priest of minister, because I would be in big trouble, I would have to do penance! Now you have made me think of the movie Quills where Joaquin Phoenix is a priest and he`s in love with this horny maid and he feels guilty and then this guy(Micheal Cane) comes and punishes the maid, and Joaquin takes her place, they start to whipping him...see where this comment made my mind go, I have replaced David with Joaquin! Bad Cat!LOL!

Sorry about that, Nancy! haha. I was a bad cat! Didnt mean to make your mind wander onto Joaquin. Never saw the movie Quills, but I may have to rent it or something. Maybe I can put David in Joaquins place and me into the role of the maid. Now there is a fantasy worth pursuing!

However will I be able to watch Deckwatch again without this weird priest fantasy I conjured up? :)

Damn, though, he really does look yummy in that icon and that is without the mustache! Add the mustache to that pic and I am finished! Melted into a pile of goo on the floor, ah, but what a way to go!

I have to thank you for that icon. Now I've got these weird religious fantasies going on in my head. NOW who is the bad girl to put these wicked thoughts into my little head? All your fault! :O
