yep! immediately deleted cookies, temp files, ran a full-blown virus scan... then tried a restore, nothing worked!! i've contacted dell, awaiting response. my e-mail seems to work, which is good! the problem is, it shuts me out, everytime i try to access a file, it burps and shuts the system saving settings!!!! so then i'm screwed!
and not in a nice way....!!!! hehe
